Shipping Guide

Before or after you place an order, you may have questions about ILEVA HAIR shipping policy, here is the guide that you may find helpful about shipping.

Where do we ship to?
We ship mainly worldwide, there are only few countries which we can not ship to, like South Sudan, Palestine. It’s easy to check whether we can ship to your address, follow the order process, and put in your correct shipping address, if the shipping cost came up without any issue, then you’re good to go.

How much is the shipping cost? 
We provide a sitewide free shipping service for all orders, however, due to higher shipping rates to some other countries, extra shipping costs may apply, follow the order processing, and input your shipping address, the cost will come up if an extra shipping rate applies. 

What carriers do you use?
We mainly use DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, EMS and etc to ship your orders, different methods have different ETAs. We will ship your order by the safest and fastest method always.

I just placed an order, when will you get it shipped out? When do I expect the delivery? How long does shipping take?

 Processing Time:

We handle tons of orders every day, though most of the products are in stock at our warehouses, it takes time to do quality checking before shipping, careful packing, choosing the best option of shipping method and etc…
For most orders, the processing time is 1-2 business days. If the product is not in stock, please allow 3 business days around to handle your order, we have tons of orders that need to be held daily, and we check the quality of every single item before shipping it out to our customers, which takes time, so, please allow us to do our job right during this period.

 Transport Time:
We have warehouses in different places, we ship out your order from different locations, which will affect the delivery time accordingly.
  * Shipping out from our main warehouse:
To the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, and United Kindom: Average delivery time = 3-5 business days;
To Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore: Average delivery time = 3-4 business days;
To Belgium,  Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland: 4-6 business days;
To Russia, Denmark, and India: 4-7 business days;
To Mexico: 4-7 business days:
To Brazil: 5-10 business days;
To other countries: 5-10 business days.
  * Shipping out from U.S. warehouse:
Generally 2-3 business days for arrival to a U.S. address;
  * Shipping out from UK warehouse:
Generally 3-4 business days for arrival to a UK address; 3-7 business days to other European countries;
  * Shipping out from ES warehouse:
Generally 2-3 business days for arrival to Spain, 3-7 business days to Portugal.

Please be aware that shipping from the nearest warehouse to the shipping address is faster, but additional charges may apply. 
All items sold at ILEVA are guaranteed to be delivered asap! We’re trying our best to provide the fastest shipping service, and it’s all free!
If you have not received your item(s) beyond 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.

Note:
While most packages will arrive on time, deliveries might be delayed due to unavoidable conditions, like slower customs clearance procedures or poor weather conditions etc, regarding those uncontrollable situations, the processing time for a refund/resend will be extended corresponding to the delayed days.

Will I have a tracking number? How do I track my order?
All orders placed at ILEVA will have a tracking number, once it’s shipped out, you will get a tracking number in your E-mail. There is an all-in-one platform you can track your shipment no matter what carrier is shipping for you, please click here to track.

What does the shipping cost?
All orders placed on ILEVA HAIR are with free shipping.
The shipping cost is really depending on the weight of the package, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Extra cost may apply if your shipping address is abnormal. Contact us if you’re not sure whether we can ship to your address.

About customs tax
Tax or customs fees will be covered for all U.S. orders. But to other contries, we will write value as low as possible but taxes may still apply for imported goods/services and are regulated by the country’s law. ILEVA HAIR is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact your local customs for clarity and information.

What to do if my item(s) arrive damaged?
We do ship every single item with much care and extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us via e-mail (info@cylapex.com) with:
  – Your order number
  – A picture or video of the damaged product
Once received, we’d be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
